Amy M. Samberg
A partner in the firm, Ms. Samberg concentrates¬†her practice on advising insurers in coverage matters involving both first party and liability coverage, including property, CGL, professional liability, directors and officers liability and automobile. ¬†Ms. Samberg has also extensively litigated bad faith and coverage suits in courts throughout the Southwest.
Ms. Samberg earned her B.A. degree in Business/Marketing from Arizona State University in 1988 and her J.D. degree from the University of Arizona, College of Law in 1991. ¬†She was also Executive Note Editor, Arizona Law Review.
Ms. Samberg is authorized to practice law in Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Texas and in the Supreme Courts and U.S. District Courts for the Districts of Arizona, Colorado, Nevada and Texas and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
