Casey G. Perkins
Casey G. Perkins concentrates his practice on insurance coverage matters and bad faith litigation involving first party and third party coverages, including property, CGL, professional liability, directors and officers liability and automobile. In addition to his experience in insurance related matters, Mr. Perkins has a broad litigation background that also includes representing businesses in matters involving product liability, premises liability, breach of fiduciary duty and consumer fraud, business ownership disputes, leasing and real property transactions, and financial services. Before attending law school, Mr. Perkins served as an officer in the U.S. Air Force, piloting cargo and reconnaissance aircraft around the globe.
Mr. Perkins earned his B.S. degree in Business Management from Oregon State University in 2000 and his J.D. degree, summa cum laude, from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada-Las Vegas in 2010.Â While in law school he was a member of the Nevada Law Journal.
Mr. Perkins is authorized to practice law in Nevada, the Supreme Court of Nevada, the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Mr.Â Perkins is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, the Clark County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
