Christopher J. Zarda

A partner in the firm, Christopher concentrates his practice on advising insurers in coverage disputes including CGL, property, construction defect, professional liability, excess/surplus, automobile/trucking liability, and UM/UIM claims.  Mr. Zarda has also extensively litigated bad faith, garnishment, and declaratory judgment coverage suits in courts throughout the Midwest.

Education

Mr. Zarda earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Kansas in 2004 and his juris doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Law in 2007.  He appeared on the Dean’s List multiple times and received a legal emphasis in Business and Entrepreneurial Law.

Bar Admissions

Mr. Zarda is authorized to practice law in Kansas and Missouri, with Arizona practice temporarily authorized pending admission under Ariz. R. Sup. Ct. 38(h). Supervision by Amy Samberg, a member of the State Bar of Arizona, and in the U.S. District Courts for the District of Kansas and the Eastern and Western Districts of Missouri.
