Nicholas J. Marino
A partner in the firm, Nicholas Marino concentrates his practice on civil litigation, particularly the defense of landlords and contractors in New York Labor Law, environmental exposure, mass tort, and premises liability matters, from inception to trial. He has successfully defended clients in asbestos, lead paint, and other toxic exposure claims.Â From 2007 to 2011, he was lead associate assigned to defend a multinational property owner for In re: World Trade Center Disaster Site Litigation on multiple dockets, serving as a member of the court-designated Defense Liaison Counsel, responsible for coordinating docket-wide defense strategy.Â Mr. Marino has successfully defended clients against claims involving catastrophic injuries, paralysis, and death.
Mr.Â Marino earned his B.A. degree in Political Science from Boston College in 2000, graduating with honors, and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2003.
Mr.Â Marino is authorized to practice law in New York and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
