Sarah K. Jezairian
A partner in the firm, Sarah K. Jezairian concentrates her practice in commercial litigation, with an emphasis on insurance coverage and defense, financial services litigation, tort and contract liability, construction litigation and appellate matters. Ms. Jezairian‚Äôs practice includes the representation of insurance companies ranging from small specialized insurers to major national insurance companies. ¬†She has represented these clients in litigation matters involving claims for insurance bad faith, breach of contract and negligence. ¬†Ms. Jezairian also routinely reviews complex claims for coverage issues and provides coverage opinions. ¬†She has also represented national and local banks, credit card issuers and mortgage lenders in matters involving loan commitments, foreclosures, business torts and breach of contract issues. ¬†Ms. Jezairian has represented developers and construction companies on breach of contract and professional negligence matters. ¬†She represents clients in immigration matters on a pro bono basis. ¬†Ms. Jezairian has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from the initiation of litigation through arbitration/trial and appeal.
Ms. Jezairian earned her B.A. degree in Psychology, magna cum laude, from the University of Connecticut in 1995 (Phi Beta Kappa) and her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Arizona, College of Law in 2001. ¬†She was also Executive Note Editor, Arizona Law Review from 2000-2001 and a member of the Order of the Coif.
Ms. Jezairian is authorized to practice law in Arizona, the Supreme Court of Arizona, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
Ms. Jezairian served as Judge Pro Tem for the Pima County Superior Court from 2014-2015 and is a member of the Pima County Bar Association, CLE Committee.
