CONSTRUCTION LITIGATION ATTORNEY

Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff PC, an international firm with eight offices, has an immediate opening for an Associate Attorney with at least 2-4 years of construction insurance litigation experience to join our Chicago office.

The ideal candidate will have overall litigation case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and experience in court proceedings.  Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills required.  Qualified candidates will also have excellent presentation skills, be able to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base, and be genuinely interested in actively marketing the Firm to new and potential clients through frequent and direct contact.
