Mr. Lange is an experienced trial attorney and has tried cases in both federal and state courts across the country. He obtained a defense verdict in a legal malpractice claim in which plaintiffs sought more than $10 million after plaintiff and his nationally established brokerage firm were permanently expelled from the NFA. Recently, Mr. Lange obtained a unanimous jury verdict in a complex property subrogation case against a local utility and a prominent contractor in federal court in Gulfport, Mississippi. Mr. Lange is authorized to practice law in Illinois and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Central Districts of Illinois and Northern District of Indiana. He has also represented clients in matters pending in state and federal courts in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Maryland, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, Tennessee, Texas, and Wisconsin.

Mr. Lange is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, the National Association of Subrogation Professionals, Illinois Association of Defense Trial Counsel and the Defense Research Institute. He is also a member of the Los Angeles Olympic Organization Committee Alumni Association.
Honors
Mr. Lange was selected to the Mortar Board National Honor Society in 1988. He also received the Loyola Award for Excellence in Leadership and Service in 1993.
