A partner in the firm, Gregory S. Smith concentrates his practice in counseling and litigating property insurance coverage and subrogation matters. He has experience in all phases of dispute resolution including trials, arbitrations and mediations.

In addition to having litigated matters in jurisdictions throughout the United States, Mr. Smith has handled numerous international property and subrogation cases for America’s leading insurance companies. Mr. Smith has experience in the handling of and counseling with respect to foreign and domestic insurance matters. He has personally conducted or supervised investigations, examinations, discovery and litigation in many countries within Europe, the Middle East, Asia, South America and Africa.

Education
Mr. Smith earned his B.A. degree in Government and International Studies from the University of Notre Dame in 1974 and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from DePaul University College of Law in 1977.
