
Jonathan M. Mraunac concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and construction litigation. Mr. Mraunac brings experience representing clients in both litigation and transactional settings. During his career, he has handled matters at all stages of litigation, including mediation, arbitration, trial, and appeal. His litigation experience has involved complex commercial disputes on behalf of design professionals, construction managers, landlords, and hospitality and media companies. In 2012, Mr. Mraunac forced voluntary dismissals of two construction litigation matters each with initial seven-figure demands.
Mr. Mraunac also has substantial experience representing clients in transactions involving mechanics liens, the purchase and sale of businesses, commercial real estate, and service agreements. Notably, he has represented an international information technology client during contract review and in-person negotiation of a $25 million software services agreement.
Education
Mr. Mraunac earned his B.A. degree in Kinesiology from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in 2004 and his J.D. degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2007.
