 Keith Turner is Of Counsel with the firm, maintaining an office in Los Angeles, California. His practice specializes in representing insurance companies, manufacturers, entertainment companies and individuals in real estate, business, insurance and entertainment related litigation. He has handled coverage and litigation matters involving most types of insurance policies, including CGL (including advertising and personal injury coverage issues for intellectual property employment related claims); D&O; E&O (including for accountants, attorneys and brokers); commercial and residential property (including mold coverage); surety; and all types of title insurance policies.
Education
Mr. Turner earned his B.A. degree in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1986 and his J.D. degree from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 1990.
Bar Admissions
Mr. Turner is authorized to practice law in California and is admitted to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and in the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern and Eastern Districts of California. He has also been retained to supervise and monitor litigation and trials for clients throughout the country, including in Arizona, Hawaii, Montana and Nevada.

Mr. Turner is a member of the Executive Committee of the Attorney-Client Mediation and Arbitration Services and the Advisory Committee of the Lawyer Referral and Information Service of the Los Angeles County Bar Association. He is also an Attorney-Client Fee Dispute Arbitrator for the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Mr. Turner co-authored the article, K. Dzien and K. Turner, Not All Insurance Policies are Adhesion Contracts: a Case Study of the ALTA Loan Title Policy, (Summer, 1998) 33 Tort & Ins. L.J. 1123. His real estate law articles are regularly published in the local newspapers in Los Angeles. Mr. Turner has been a speaker at a number of continuing legal education programs on issues related to attorney’s fees, insurance and real estate law.
