 Peter N. Billis concentrates his practice on representing insurers’ interests, ranging from first-party property coverage matters, coverage litigation, subrogation recovery, liability defense, and other forms of commercial litigation. Mr. Billis regularly analyzes complex insurance claims, policies, and surrounding circumstances to provide clients with legal opinions based on applicable law. Mr. Billis has defended and prosecuted cases throughout the United States. His commercial experience encompasses a wide array of industries, ranging from pharmaceutical manufacturers, utilities, and representation of multi-service financial corporations.
Education
Mr. Billis earned his B.A. degree in Political Science from Boston University in 2003 and his J.D. degree from Brooklyn Law School in 2006.

Mr. Billis is authorized to practice law in New York and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
Additionally, Mr. Billis regularly represents clients in other jurisdictions by means of pro hac vice admission.
