A partner in the firm, Paul C. Ferland concentrates his practice in civil litigation involving first-party property coverage and subrogation.

In addition to his work in the field of insurance law, Mr. Ferland is experienced in construction litigation, handling large-scale disputes between contractors and owners over claims involving construction defects, products liability, and consumer fraud.

Education
Mr. Ferland earned his B.A. degree in Political Science from the State University of New York at Brockport in 2001 and his J.D. degree from Seattle University School of Law in 2005, where he graduated cum laude and was selected to participate in the first annual James Bond Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Ferland is authorized to practice law at both federal and state levels in New York and New Jersey.
