His trial experience includes the trial of matters in the state and federal courts of Illinois, California, Texas, Iowa, and Ohio. Mr. Boylan has also represented design professionals, construction professionals, and other clients in arbitration proceedings. In addition, he has counseled contractors, architects, and engineers regarding a variety of construction-related issues and negotiated and drafted contracts for construction projects. |
Education
Mr. Boylan earned his B.A. degree in Economics and History from the University of Michigan in 1992 and his J.D. degree from Boston University School of Law in 1995.

Mr. Boylan is authorized to practice law in Illinois and in the U.S. District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois, Eastern District of Wisconsin, and District of Colorado. He has also represented clients in matters pending in state and federal courts in Arizona, California, Indiana, Iowa, New York, Ohio, Texas, and Wisconsin.
