Stuart E. Card concentrates his practice in the area of medical malprac-tice litigation, defending medical professionals and hospitals. Mr. Card has over forty-five jury trials to verdict, and other significant litigation experience. |
Education
Mr. Card earned his B.A. in Philosophy, with a second area of concentration in Business, from Virginia Tech in 2000. Mr. Card earned his J.D. from Valparaiso University School of Law, with a concentration in Entertainment Litigation and Intellectual Property/Technology Law, in 2003.
Bar Admissions
Mr. Card is authorized to practice law in Illinois and in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.

Mr. Card is a member of the American Bar Association and the Chicago Bar Association.
Honors
In 1999, Mr. Card and his team were adjudged Midwestern Regional Winner: Best Appellant Brief in the Giles Sutherland Rich Moot Court Competition. While at Valparaiso University School of Law, Mr. Card was President of the Intellectual Property Law Association, and was a member of the Finance Committee for the Student Bar Association
