An associate with the firm, Zachary Ransel concentrates his practice in the areas of products liability, commercial litigation, construction law and international commercial disputes. Additionally, Mr. Ransel has significant experience in Magnuson-Moss and consumer fraud defense, as well as ample UCC Article 2 experience. Prior to joining Foran Glennon Palandech & Ponzi, he served with the law firm of Siegel, Moses & Schoenstadt, where he gained extensive experience in litigation, franchise law, beverage distribution law, and local, state, and federal licensing regulation. He also has expertise in the areas of commercial landlord/tenant law and marketing, promotional, and sweepstakes law. 

Education
Mr. Ransel earned his B.S. degree in economics from Miami University in 1997 and his J.D. degree from the Indiana University School of Law in 2001.  Additionally, Mr. Ransel studied EU and UK law at the Université de Lille II School of Law in Lille, France.

Mr. Ransel is authorized to practice law in Illinois and in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
