Overview
Corina Zacon concentrates her practice in commercial, first and third-party insurance coverage and defense litigation. With a unique and diversified litigation background in civil and common law jurisdictions, she emphasized her proficiency in all steps of the pre-trial process using her experience to utilize evidentiary support, proactively analyze cases and identify effective resolutions for each client.
Prior to becoming an associate, Corina served as an eDiscovery, litigation and trial professional at Foran Glennon, where she performed advanced legal research, drafted written discovery and outlines, prepared for trials and provided hands-on eDiscovery support throughout all stages of EDRM model. Before joining the firm, Corina served in a similar capacity at firms in Chicago, New York and London, focusing her work on eDiscovery, EDRM and litigation support.

Corina is a member of New York State Bar Association and Illinois National Association of Realtors.
Community Leadership
Corina utilizes her research efforts and has published articles on international humanitarian and European public law issues as study support for legal communities in the European Union with a primary focus on Eastern European countries.
While pursuing her LLM degree at University College London, she was elected as a Student Academic Representative to facilitate the integration of students from diverse cultural backgrounds, developing leadership, communication as well as relation-based skills among UCL students and members of the legal community in London.
Throughout the years, Corina has volunteered as a Program Manager for several international artistic film festivals in Dubai, London and New York.
Education
Corina earned her Ph.D in Law, LLM and J.D. from the Liberal International University of Moldova, graduating magna cum laude for all three degrees in 2022, 2015 and 2013, respectively. She also received an LLM from both the DePaul College of Law and the University College London, concentrating on US Legal Studies and General Law, respectively.
