Overview
Huda Tahboub focuses her practice on business litigation and commercial transaction law. She has experience working on product liability, personal injury, medical malpractice and construction defect cases. She also has transactional experience and has worked with numerous in-house teams at multinational corporations to develop frameworks for international transfers of regulated personal information, particularly from the European Union to the United States.
Prior to becoming an attorney, Huda worked as a social worker for several years, where she learned invaluable lessons in resilience and compassion and became uniquely equipped for the demands of litigation and the defense of others’ rights.
Honors and Recognitions
Huda earned the UC Law SF Bridge Fellowship award in 2022.
Education
Huda earned her J.D. with an Intellectual Property Concentration Certification from University of California College of the Law, San Francisco in 2022. She completed her B.A., with high honors, in Social Welfare from University of California at Berkeley in 2015. In 2024, she also became a Certified Information Privacy Professional – United States (CIPP/US) awarded by the International Association of Privacy Professionals.
While in law school, Huda served as a law clerk at the Office of County Counsel in San Mateo County.
