Jason Deng focuses his practice on insurance coverage, real estate-related litigation and other commercial torts and construction law, and has experience in all aspects of civil litigation such as conducting in-depth research and drafting memoranda. He utilizes his extensive legal knowledge and skills to provide the best possible outcomes for his clients.
Prior to joining Foran Glennon, Jason worked as an associate attorney at a statewide insurance defense law firm. During law school, he served as a legal intern to Honorable Judge Kathryn A. White, First Justice of Brockton Juvenile Court in Massachusetts. He also worked as a student attorney for the Suffolk University Law School Innocence Clinic.
Jason is a member of the California State Bar Association, the Asian American Bar Association of the Greater Bay Area and the Bar Association of San Francisco.
Jason received his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School in 2019 after obtaining his B.A. in Law, Economics and Public Policy from the University of Washington in 2014.
While in law school, Jason worked as an assistant in the Suffolk University John Joseph Moakley Law Library and was a program tester for Suffolk University Law School Housing Discrimination Testing Program.
Jason is authorized to practice in California and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California.
