Overview
Margaret Wolf concentrates her practice in the areas of first- and third-party liability contests, including commercial general liability, commercial property, condominium, trucker’s liability, homeowners’ insurance and manuscript policies.
She represents insurers in coverage disputes and litigation in state and federal courts and has extensive experience defending clients against allegations of bad faith and unfair trade practices. Clients also benefit from Margaret’s experience representing policyholders, allowing her to provide a comprehensive approach to insurance disputes.
Prior to joining Foran Glennon, Margaret worked as an associate at a national law firm where she gained experience in several complex liability contests.

Margaret is a member of the North Carolina and Wake County Bar Associations.
Education
Margaret earned her J.D. from University of North Carolina School of Law in 2017 after completing her B.A. from Sewanee: The University of the South.
While in law school, Margaret served as the Notes and Comments Editor for the North Carolina Journal of International Law and Commercial Regulation. She also served on the Holderness Moot Court International Team, the 1L Class Council and was a member of Women in Law with the Carolina Health Law and International Law Organizations.
