Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi and Rudloff PC, an international Firm with ten offices, has an immediate opening for a Property Insurance Attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our growing Tampa team. Candidates with either insurance defense or insurance coverage experience are a plus, as the position will focus on first-party property insurance disputes.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience drafting coverage opinions and litigating insurance coverage and bad faith cases.
• Overall case management experience, including drafting motions, handling discovery requests, taking depositions, and experience in court proceedings, including trial.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently.
• Strong advocacy, case management, and academic credentials.
• Excellent legal research, writing, and presentation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• The ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base.
• Florida Bar admission required. Admission to all Federal courts in Florida will be needed but not required for consideration.

Compensation package – including bonus – ranges between $150,000 – $185,000 annually commensurate with experience. Additionally, the attorney will be eligible to participate in the Firm’s benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing, Employee Assistance Program, and enrollment without any premiums in short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage.
