Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff PC, an international firm with ten offices, is seeking Litigation Associates with 3+ years of insurance defense litigation experience. Candidates should have experience in personal injury, construction, and business litigation, as well as handling discovery, depositions, and motions, in  areas such as  premises liability, professional negligence, transportation, products liability, and real estate-related litigation.  Trial experience is beneficial but not required.

Compensation package including bonus ranges between $145,000 – $180,000 annually depending upon the level of experience. Additionally, attorneys are eligible to participate in the Firm’s benefits package, which includes health, dental, vision, pet insurance, 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), and enrollment without any premiums in short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage.
