Overview
Ana Ramishvili focuses her practice on commercial litigation. With experience in domestic and international legal industries, Ana works with clients to provide creative solutions to complex legal issues and has done so across a vast variety of matters.
Prior to joining Foran Glennon, Ana served as an associate at a law firm focused on special education advocacy and litigation. She also gained experience as a paralegal in a creditors’ rights law firm, concentrating on debt collection and contract law.
Earlier in her career, Ana practiced administrative law and worked as a hearing officer in the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia.
In memory of her mother, whose guidance and strength were her constant foundation, Ana dedicates her achievements and work to her mother with deep gratitude.

Ana is a member of the New York State Academy of Trial Lawyers.

Ana is an active member of Toastmasters, an organization dedicated ot developing public speaking and leadership skills.
Education
Ana earned her LL.M. from Chicago-Kent College of Law in 2022 after completing her B.L. in 2019 from the Free University of Tbilisi.
While in law school, Ana was a volunteer teacher with AIESEC in a secondary school in Rome, Italy, where she gave lessons about democracy and active citizenship. In 2021, Ana earned a CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Secured Transactions, which means she achieved the highest grade in that law school course.
