Overview
Ashley Vicere concentrates her practice on first-party property coverage and commercial litigation.
Ashley represents insurance companies in a wide range of matters including property, casualty, and subrogation. She litigates bad faith and coverage suits involving complex issues. She also advises clients regarding commercial contract disputes and the interpretation of commercial insurance policies.

Ashley is a member of the New York City Bar Association and the New York State Bar Association.

Education
Ashley earned her B.A. degree from Purdue University in 2012 and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School in 2017.
During law school, Ashley served as Associate Managing Editor of the Brooklyn Law Review.

Ashley is admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, Eastern District of New York, and District of New Jersey.
