Overview

A shareholder in the firm, George Ferreti concentrates his practice on litigating large loss subrogation cases. He regularly handles cases involving fires, explosions, power generation equipment failures and construction-related incidents nationwide. In handling such matters, George spearheads root cause investigations and works to conclude Foran Glennon’s subrogation analysis promptly and cost-effectively for his clients. He has also served as defense counsel in construction litigation involving claims for personal injury and property damage and has litigated cases involving zoning and land use issues.

George is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.

Honors & Recognition

George was included on the Illinois Rising Star list in 2008 and 2009. Only 2.5% of the total attorneys under the age of 40 in Illinois earn this designation.

He has been named a Leading Lawyer by Law Bulletin Media, a peer-recommended distinction awarded to fewer than 5% of attorneys in Illinois.

Education

George earned his B.A. degree in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 1991 and his J.D. degree from the University of Michigan Law School in 1994.
