Overview
Marco Denaro focuses his practice on general commercial litigation. He has experience drafting and negotiating legal agreements, conducting complex legal research and preparing motions. He skillfully advises clients on strategic legal and business matters, supporting them through all stages of the litigation process.
Prior to becoming an associate at Foran Glennon, Marco gained experience serving as a summer associate with the firm in 2023. He was also a law student intern with the Nonprofit and Small Business Clinic at New York Law School, where he gained hands-on experience drafting terms of service for a mobile application, drafting licensing agreements and counseling clients on business expansion models. Marco served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Justice Raymond L. Rodriguez in the Kings County Supreme Court – Criminal Term, where he observed all stages of trial and pre-trial proceedings and prepared bench memoranda on criminal law issues. Additionally, he supported case preparation and discovery review as a legal assistant at a boutique criminal defense and personal injury firm.
Education
Marco earned his J.D. from New York Law School in 2024 after receiving his B.S. in Psychology with an Economics minor from Manhattan College, School of Liberal Arts in 2020, where he graduated cum laude.
While in law school, Marco was a staff editor for the New York Law School Review, a member of the Dean’s Leadership Council, a Trustee Scholar and an academic success program teaching fellow.
