Overview

Morgan Smith focuses her litigation practice on complex commercial, subrogation and loss recovery, product liability, mass tort and breach of contract claims. Insurance company clients trust her on matters involving losses to property, heavy equipment and cargo during interstate transportation, among other high-exposure issues.

She regularly achieves favorable pre-suit settlements for clients and is also adept at handling all stages of litigation.

During her career, Morgan has also defended and prosecuted high stakes claims on behalf of corporate clients and acted as counsel for companies on employment and labor issues.
