Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi and Rudloff PC, an international Firm with ten offices, has an immediate opening for a Senior Associate Attorney with at least 3-8 years of litigation experience to join our New York office.

The ideal candidate should have:

• Experience defending construction, NY Labor Law, and premises liability matters.
• Overall case management experience, including pleadings, discovery, court appearances, motions, mediations, and client reporting.
• Strong academic credentials and writing skills.
• Excellent research and presentation skills.
• The ability to successfully develop and maintain strong relationships with the firm’s existing client base.
• An interest in actively marketing the Firm to new and potential clients through frequent and direct contact.

This position may present opportunities for travel. New York Bar admission is required. New Jersey admission is a plus.

Compensation package including bonus ranges between $145,000 – $165,000 annually and will be based upon level of experience. Additionally, the attorney will be eligible to participate in the Firm’s benefits package which includes medical, dental, vision, and pet insurance, 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing, Employee Assistance Program, subsidized gym membership, transit benefit program, and enrollment without any premiums in short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage.
