Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff PC, an international firm with ten offices, has immediate openings for civil litigation Associate attorneys with 1 to 2 years of experience with discovery and depositions in the areas of professional negligence, transportation, products liability, or real estate-related litigation.

A hybrid schedule is possible, but if the attorneys are inexperienced, we prefer that they work in the office at least 4 days a week so that we can provide training. Applicants must be located in California, able to work in the San Jose or Sacramento office, and be actively licensed to practice law in the State of California.

Compensation package including bonus ranges between $140,000 – $150,000 annually and will be based upon level of experience. Additionally, attorneys will be eligible to participate in the Firm’s benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, and pet insurance, 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing, Employee Assistance Program, and enrollment without any premiums in short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage.
