Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff PC, an international firm with eleven offices, has an immediate opening for a civil litigation attorney with 1 to 2 years of experience with discovery and depositions in the areas of professional negligence, transportation, products liability, or real estate-related litigation.

A hybrid schedule is possible, but if the attorney is inexperienced, we prefer that they work in the office at least 4 days a week so that we can provide training. Applicants must be located in California, able to work in the San Jose office, and be actively licensed to practice law in the State of California.

Compensation will be set based upon level of experience with the opportunity for annual bonuses. In addition to base compensation between $105,000 and $115,000 annually, the attorney will be eligible to participate in the Firm’s benefits package which includes health, dental, vision, and pet insurance, 401(k) with discretionary profit-sharing, Employee Assistance Program, and enrollment without any premiums in short-term disability, long-term disability, and life insurance coverage.
