Foran Glennon’s expansion in California with the addition of seven attorneys and two offices in San Jose and Sacramento was highlighted in a recent article in The Recorder, a publication of American Lawyer Media.
The article, “Midsize Firm Opens 2 California Offices as Retirements Bring Opportunities and Obstacles,” highlights the deepening of the firm’s casualty defense practice with the addition of partners Albert “Terry” Finch, Sharon Hightower, Laura Malkofsky, Von Reyes and Gabriel Ullrich and associate Jonathan Pai.
The piece includes quotes from firm president Tom Orlando as well as Von Reyes.
Tom noted the new group of attorneys gives the firm “depth in California that we didn’t have before, and allows us to expand our casualty [defense] practice in California.”
Von echoed this statement and added, “We gain a bigger foothold for the insurance clients we serve because Foran Glennon has offices across the country.” He also mentioned the new group “will help Foran Glennon reinforce its coverage presence in California with an infusion of new lines of business.”
Also noted was the firm’s focus on hiring throughout California and Nashville.
