Foran Glennon is pleased to announce that earlier this year, the firm partnered with Envista Forensics, a forensic engineering and failure analysis company, to share insights on how to investigate and maximize large fire loss recovery in Palm Beach, Florida.
As part of the program for Florida’s complex fire continuing education, George discussed important issues that impact recovery in large fire losses including how to balance competing issues, evidence preservation, claim file management and reporting and litigation considerations.
George was joined by several co-presenters from Envista, including Larry Daniel, a digital forensics expert, as well as a cause and origin/electrical engineering expert.
George concentrates his practice in civil litigation, focusing on commercial litigation, construction litigation, product liability litigation, loss recovery/subrogation, casualty litigation, insurance and community association law. On both the plaintiff and defense sides, he has represented numerous prominent businesses, insurance entities, self-insured entities and not-for-profit entities in jurisdictions and venues throughout the United States and abroad.
The presentation was held at Palm Beach County Fire Rescue. Attendees included claims handlers, insurers and attorneys.
