Matthew Ponzi to Discuss Emerging Trends in Appraisal Law at IAUA Conference Panel

Foran Glennon shareholder Matthew Ponzi will discuss the latest issues and new trends on appraisal law in Illinois at the Insurance Appraisal and Umpire Association (IAUA) Chicago Appraisal Conference, which takes place at the Westin O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois on April 22 and April 23.

The panel, titled “Appraisal in Illinois – A View from Both Sides,” will take place during the morning session on Tuesday, April 22. Matthew will join Ed Eshoo of Merlin Law Group  to provide a balanced perspective on appraisal law from both a policyholder’s and insurance company’s standpoint.
