After a week long trial, a jury returned a unanimous verdict for 100% of nearly $4.5 million in damages claimed by Foran Glennon’s clients in a case involving breach of contract and negligent bailment for the loss of specialty sunroof assembly manufacturing equipment that resulted from a catastrophic warehouse fire. George Pilja served as lead counsel, with Michael Errera serving as co-counsel for Foran Glennon.
