Foran Glennon is pleased to announce Matthew Ponzi has become a fellow of the American College of Coverage Counsel (ACCC), an association that represents the interests of insurers and policyholders in disputes arising out of insurance policies.
The ACCC is an invitation-only organization of senior lawyers who have devoted their practice to insurance disputes for more than 15 years. Matthew joins a group comprised of many of the most prominent members of the insurance law bars in the United States and Canada, as well as Honorary Fellows from academic and the judiciary.
“The ACCC is delighted to welcome Mr. Ponzi as the latest member to become actively involved in its work,” said Michael Aylward, president of ACCC.
A founding partner of Foran Glennon Palandech Ponzi & Rudloff, Matthew concentrates his practice in insurance coverage and commercial litigation. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has tried cases in both federal and state courts throughout the country.
The ACCC’s mission is to advance the creative, ethical and efficient resolution of insurance coverage and extracontractual disputes, to enhance the civility and quality of the practice of insurance law, to provide peer-reviewed scholarship and to improve the relationships among members of the profession.
