Overview
Jason Keschner focuses his practice on insurance coverage, subrogation and commercial litigation. He possesses extensive experience in deposition and discovery preparation, brief and motion research and drafting, and trial preparation for property and subrogation disputes. By thoroughly reviewing case precedents, contractual language and insurance agreement conditions, he provides clients with the most comprehensive evaluation of the enforceability of contracts and policies.
He first served Foran Glennon as a summer associate from 2022 – 2023, gaining a substantial understanding of the field by working closely with the firm’s attorneys and clients to develop individualized solutions for the benefit of clients.
Prior to Foran Glennon, Jason served as a summer law clerk for a premier personal injury firm and as a business finance and restructuring paralegal for an AmLaw 100 firm. In these roles, he prepared discovery materials and drafted successful motions for summary judgment, opposition motions, an array of legal pleadings and memoranda, and first-day motions.

Jason is a member of the New York State Bar Association.
Community Leadership
Jason is actively involved in the Silver Lining Society as a member of the Event Committee. He also volunteers for Charley’s Fund and enjoys engaging in volunteer activities with Habitat for Humanity.
Education
Jason earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in May 2023 after completing his B.S. in Finance and Management from Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business in May 2017.
While in law school, he served as a legal intern for Fordham’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, in which he provided guidance on entity formation, financing and regulatory compliance for a health-focused startup as well as reviewed and drafted corporate governance documents to resolve ownership disputes for the organization. He also was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and the Dispute Resolution Society. Additionally, he received honors as a merit scholar.
