Foran Glennon announces the addition of associates Jason Keschner, Cody McNearney and Caryn Schiffman to the firm.
Jason, initially joining Foran Glennon’s New York office as a summer associate in 2022, focuses his practice on insurance coverage, subrogation and commercial litigation, providing his clients the most comprehensive evaluation of the enforceability of complex contracts and policies. Jason earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2023, following his B.S. from Tulane University’s A. B. Freeman School of Business in 2017.
Based in Sacramento, Cody concentrates his practice on civil litigation, specifically professional negligence. He skillfully represents clients across various litigation matters, defending businesses and professionals against liability claims. Cody earned his J.D. from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 2022 after earning his bachelor’s degree, cum laude, from the University of Montana in 2019.
Joining the Las Vegas office, Caryn concentrates her practice on complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage defense matters. She represents insurance carriers, TPAs and self-insured clients throughout all stages of litigation. Caryn earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2002, following her completion of a B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz, in 1996.
