Overview

Krystal Carvajal concentrates her practice on general litigation, including research, discovery and motion practice.  She has experience with matters concerning public contracts law, labor law and premises liability.

Prior to joining the firm, Krystal was an associate at a business law firm in New Jersey where she prepared local legislation and assisted with a wide range of public issues.

Krystal is a member of the New York State Bar Association and Hispanic Bar Association of New Jersey.

Community Leadership

For the past decade, Krystal has been an advocate for the non-profit organization, Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

Education

Krystal earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School in 2021 and her B.A. in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Monmouth University in 2016.

While in law school, Krystal served as a student attorney for the Civil Justice Clinic where she handled housing matters on behalf of indigent clients in a clinical setting.
