Overview
Concentrating her practice in general litigation, Madison Gattis manages cases from pleadings through trial, advising clients on litigation strategy, drafting coverage analyses for insurance companies, and working closely with clients, adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the litigation process. She regularly represents clients at hearings, trials, mediations, and depositions.
Prior to joining Foran Glennon, Madison served as an Associate Attorney at a Tennessee law firm, where she gained experience in civil litigation and insurance matters. She previously completed legal internships at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of South Carolina as well as in probate court conservatorship matters, civil litigation, and entertainment law.

Madison is a member of the Kentucky Bar Association.
Community Leadership
Madison volunteers at the children’s ministry of her local church.
Education
Madison earned her J.D. from Belmont University College of Law in 2023 after completing her B.A. in Business Administration and Spanish from Furman University in 2020.
While in law school, Madison served as President of the Christian Legal Society and was a member of the Entertainment Law Society and Women’s Legal Society.
Admissions
Madison is authorized to practice law in Tennessee and Kentucky, as well as in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Middle Districts of Tennessee and the Western District of Kentucky.
