Ivan defends personal injury and property damage claims, bringing courtroom instincts sharpened by his work in criminal law. The foundation of his litigation practice was built in criminal court, first as a Student Prosecutor at the Bronx District Attorney’s Office and then as an Assistant Public Defender in Albany County, where he handled matters from intake through resolution and appeared in court on his clients’ behalf. Ivan’s experience informs his command of procedural rules and his ability to navigate complex, high-stakes matters.
Madison’s practice centers on general insurance litigation, where she manages cases from pleadings through trial while advising clients on strategy and drafting coverage analyses. She works closely with adjusters and other stakeholders throughout each matter and regularly appears on clients’ behalf at hearings, mediations, and depositions. As a former Intern with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of South Carolina, she understands how cases are assembled before they reach a courtroom.
