Overview
Reagan Brock focuses her practice on insurance coverage matters, representing and advising insurers through all stages of litigation. She has experience in tort litigation and business transactions, as well as representing entities in residential and commercial real estate transactions. Reagan’s background in representing major insurance companies and governmental agencies has prepared her to construct strong defenses in complex litigation matters.
Before joining Foran Glennon, Reagan gained experience as an associate at multiple civil litigation and insurance defense firms, conducting research, drafting motions, filing pleadings, reaching settlements and representing governmental entities.
Professional Leadership
Reagan serves as the president of the Weakley County Bar Association. She is also a member of the Tennessee Defense Lawyers Association, as well as the Defense Research Institute.
Community Leadership
Reagan is actively involved in the Carl Perkins Center as a member of the board.
Education
Reagan earned her J.D. from the University of Memphis Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law in 2020 after completing her B.S.B.A. in 2017 from the University of Tennessee at Martin.
While in law school, Reagan served as a law clerk at the United States Attorney’s Office for the Western District of Tennessee, as well as under the Honorable Judge Brandon Gibson at the Tennessee Court of Appeals, where she reviewed appellate briefs and case records, attended oral arguments and helped prepare for trials. She received the CALI award for excellence in Elder Law and was a staff member at The University of Memphis Law Review.
Admissions
Reagan is authorized to practice in in the Supreme Court of Tennessee, as well as in the U.S. District Courts of Western and Middle Tennessee.
