Foran Glennon announces the addition of Associates Reagan Brock, Rose Njugu, and Tina Ramishvili to the Firm.
Reagan Brock joins the firm’s Nashville office, where she focuses her practice on insurance coverage matters, representing and advising insurers through all stages of litigation. She brings experience in tort litigation, business transactions, and residential and commercial real estate transactions. Before joining Foran Glennon, Reagan practiced at civil litigation and insurance defense firms, conducting research, drafting motions, filing pleadings, reaching settlements, and representing governmental entities.
Rose Njugu concentrates her practice on civil litigation and insurance coverage defense, representing insurers and businesses in complex disputes involving multi-million-dollar exposures and offering strategic counsel informed by experience in both U.S. and Kenyan legal settings. Before joining the firm, Rose practiced at a civil litigation, real estate, and business law firm handling all phases of pretrial litigation; a first-party property insurance defense law firm; and a global law firm, in which she honed her extensive civil litigation experience. She also served at a business immigration firm, advising on nonimmigrant visa matters. She began her U.S. legal career supporting insurance coverage defense and litigation matters at Foran Glennon as a post-graduate Legal Assistant/Law Clerk.
Tina Ramishvili focuses her practice on commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters. Drawing from her experience representing businesses and corporate clients in complex disputes, she offers a well‑rounded perspective when addressing coverage issues. Tina handles all phases of mediations, arbitrations, and litigation, including pleadings, written and oral discovery, depositions, motions, oral argument, and appraisal proceedings. Before joining the firm, she practiced at a business and litigation firm, representing corporate clients in commercial matters and gained significant courtroom experience as a Law Clerk in the Ohio Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, supporting felony and juvenile cases.
