Overview
Tina Ramishvili’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters. She has a well-rounded perspective, drawing from her experience representing businesses and corporate clients in complex disputes to craft innovative solutions to coverage issues. She has a strong foundation in handling bad faith claims, breach of contract and liability issues arising from commercial transactions. She handles all phases of mediations, arbitrations and litigation, including appraisal proceedings, pleadings, conducting and managing written and oral discovery, depositions, oral arguments and motions.
Prior to joining Foran Glennon, Tina practiced at a business and litigation firm, where she represented businesses and corporate clients on the commercial litigation team. She gained substantial courtroom experience as a law clerk in the Cuyahoga County Prosecutor’s Office, where she supported assistant prosecuting attorneys on felony and juvenile matters.

Tina is a member of the Illinois State, Chicago and Indiana State Bar Associations.
Education
Tina earned her J.D. from Cleveland State University College of Law in 2022 after completing her B.S. in Political Science in 2016 from The Baltic International Academy.
While in law school, Tina earned the CALI Excellence for the Future Award for her work in the Community Advocacy Clinic, as well as the Pro Bono Public Service Award. She also received the Congressman Steven C. LaTourette Graduate Public Interest Fellowship, allowing her to gain high-level hands-on experience in the public sector. She served as a paralegal and law clerk at a nationwide immigration law firm.

Tina is authorized to practice in Illinois, Indiana and Ohio, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
