Peter concentrates his practice in complex commercial litigation and insurance coverage matters. For over 18 years, he has represented multinational insurance coverage clients extensively in matters involving professional liability, construction defects, toxic torts, environmental and asbestos related bodily injury claims.
Prior to joining Foran Glennon, Peter managed his own firm where he provided confident advocacy in litigation matters. He earned his J.D., with distinction, from John Marshall Law School (now known as University of Illinois Chicago School of Law) in 1989 after receiving his B.S. in Political Science in 1984 from Illinois State University.
Based in New York, Trevis focuses his practice on general and professional liability defense and subrogation. Before joining Foran Glennon, Trevis gained experience researching and creating pre-litigation demands and preparing follow-up memorandums to facilitate negotiations and establish viable causes of action while serving as an associate at a New York litigation boutique. He graduated from Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in 2020 after receiving his B.A. in Politics and Government from the University of Hartford in 2016.
Garion joins Foran Glennon’s New York office, concentrating his practice in property insurance coverage matters. In his prior role as an associate at a New York litigation firm, Garion acquired experience drafting initial and amended complaints, motions, stipulations, litigation and settlement demand letters in addition to attending and participating in mediations and settlement hearings. After graduating from The University of Central Florida with a B.A., summa cum laude, in 2016, Garion earned his J.D. from Cornell Law School in 2019.
