Kathleen DeLaney, who has been recognized by Super Lawyers since 2011, focuses her practice on property insurance law and the defense of insurers in bad faith suits involving both personal and commercial policies as well as in connection with the investigation and resolution of complex property and liability insurance claims.
In his second year on the Super Lawyers list, Edward Murphy concentrates his practice primarily on first and third party property insurance coverage and litigation, having worked on a number of insurance matters involving construction-related practices and defects, geotechnical issues, mold and earthquakes.
Edward Rudloff’s practice centers on property and casualty insurance law and bad faith litigation. He has tried civil and criminal cases in both state and federal courts and has frequently provided expert testimony in difficult cases. Edward has been recognized by Super Lawyers each year since 2004.
Marjie Barrows has been recognized by Super Lawyers each year since 2006. She concentrates her practice on the defense of insurers in bad faith suits involving both personal and commercial policies.
