Foran Glennon shareholder John Eggum will join Lloyd’s Market Association’s Property Insurance Claims Group for a panel titled “The Geopolitical Influence on Behavioural Economics: Evolving Claim Handling Strategies” on Thursday, October 3, at the Old Library in Lloyds, London.
In this in-person presentation, John will join underwriters, claims adjusters and other industry professionals to break down the current geopolitical environment, including micro- and macro-economic factors affecting stakeholder behavior and the insurance industry as a whole. Alongside panelists, John will share insights on industry-wide, claim-specific and state-specific challenges, as well as the strategies to manage these complexities.

John litigates property insurance claims (including builder’s risk and energy claims) around the country, including in lawsuits where bad faith and claim handling disputes are at issue. He is a frequent speaker at insurance industry events, including on topics of appraisal, causation and claim handling practices.
