Foran Glennon Shareholder John Eggum will discuss recent appraisal trends at the National Association of Independent Insurance Adjusters’ (NAIIA) Mid-States Regional Meeting on Thursday, October 13 at the Embassy Suites in downtown Indianapolis.
During the seminar “Hot Topics in Appraisal,” John will discuss a variety of subjects intended to assist adjusters with becoming—and staying—up-to-date on best practices, contentious issues and new developments that impact property claims that may end up with an appraisal demand.

- Recent legal developments relating to causation
