Marjie Barrows has been recognized by Super Lawyers for her work in property and casualty insurance coverage and bad faith lawsuit defense for 15 years. She provides legal advice in connection with the investigation and resolution of complex insurance claims with issues involving causation, the applicability of exclusions and conditions and the extent of the insurer’s liability.
This marks the fourth year that Edward Murphy has been named to the Super Lawyers list. His insurance practice is concentrated on first and third-party property insurance coverage and litigation, and he defends clients in matters involving catastrophic injuries. Edward has been involved in diverse matters including construction-related practices and defects, geotechnical issues, mold and earthquakes.
For 17 consecutive years, G. Edward Rudloff, Jr. has been elected to the Northern California Super Lawyer list. Edward’s practice is focused on bad faith litigation as well as property and casualty insurance law. He frequently defends insurance companies in litigation disputes arising out of property insurance and casualty contracts.
