Matthew Reddy Elected to American Board of Trial Advocates

Firm partner Matthew Reddy was recently invited to join the American Board of Trial Advocates (ABOTA). This national association of experienced trial lawyers and judges is committed to the preservation of the civil jury right of the Seventh Amendment.

To join this prestigious organization, trial lawyers with high personal character and honorable reputation must:

  • Be invited by a current member
  • Be a member of the bar of the area in which they practice
  • Have tried at least 10 civil jury trials to jury verdict or hung jury as lead counsel

Matthew has tried over 30 trials and concentrates his practice on medical malpractice. He employs his extensive civil litigation trial experience to develop strong defenses early on while keeping clients’ best interests as his top priority.

ABOTA’s mission is to foster the improvement of the technical and ethical standards of practice in the field of advocacy. Members strive to both ensure that individual litigants receive effective representation and promote more efficient administration of justice upheld by time-tested and traditional principles of litigation.
