Foran Glennon Attorneys Secure Eight Spots on the 2023 Illinois Super Lawyers and Rising Stars Lists
Illinois Super Lawyers recognized two additional firm attorneys in 2023 lists.
In favor of Foran Glennon’s insurer client, the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals reversed an earlier lower court decision, finding the client had no duty to defend in a nuisance case related to a swine farm.
The Recorder noted the firm’s addition of six attorneys, office openings in San Jose and Sacramento and a boost in the firm’s casualty defense practice in California.
Six attorneys join the newly established San Jose and Sacramento offices, buttressing Foran Glennon’s West Coast offerings.
Michael Sever and Thomas Orlando were affirmed on appeal on a case in which Foran Glennon had previously secured summary judgment.
