Three Attorneys Bolster Foran Glennon’s New York and Chicago Offices

Foran Glennon is pleased to announce that Morgan Smith has returned to the firm as partner and Wanda Bradley and Blake Buether have joined as associates.

Based in Chicago, Morgan focuses her litigation practice on complex commercial, subrogation and loss recovery, product liability, mass tort and breach of contract claims. She previously worked at the firm as an associate and was senior counsel at a litigation firm before returning to Foran Glennon. Morgan received her J.D. from New England Law | Boston in 2013 after earning her B.A. from Florida State University in 2010.

Wanda joins the firm’s New York office, concentrating her practice in general litigation. Prior to joining the firm, she led her own law office where she handled cases related to plaintiffs’ personal injury, criminal defense and estate planning. Wanda earned her J.D. from Charleston School of Law in 2019 after completing her B.A. at Columbia College in 2011.

Joining Foran Glennon’s Chicago office, Blake concentrates his practice on litigation and represents clients in the areas of contract disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and shareholder disputes, construction defect litigation and more. Before joining Foran Glennon, Blake worked as an associate attorney at a boutique business law firm. He received his J.D. from Texas A&M University Law School in 2016 after graduating with his B.A. from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2013.
